Our story
Invictus DHL was founded in 2024 with a straightforward premise: build well, in areas we understand, with partners who share our standards. Our team brings over 50 years of combined property experience.
We operate in South East London and Kent. It is a market we know deeply, with strong planning relationships and a clear view of where residential demand is growing.
Our pipeline is intentionally focused. We take on schemes where we can add genuine value through design, planning expertise, and construction oversight. We do not chase volume for its own sake.

A decade of property experience spanning buy-to-let portfolios, HMOs and new-build developments across South East London. Former Senior Quantity Surveyor — his commercial background underpins every project Invictus delivers.
David Watkins
Co-Founder, Director
A qualified Level 4 Design Electrician with a decade of precision engineering across aerospace and defence. At Invictus, David leads day-to-day site delivery, overseeing contractors and ensuring every project is completed safely and to standard.
Reece Conlon
Co-Founder, Construction Lead
Hands-on construction expertise built from the ground up since starting as an apprentice at 17. His track record spans commercial fit-outs, new-build schemes and net-zero homes delivered from start to finish.
Mick McCarthy
Co-Founder, Director
Decades of business and development experience, including building a £4m turnover company before turning full attention to property. Since 2017, Mick has delivered nine projects with a combined GDV of £15 to 16 million.
