And who we are.

This summer we were back out on the course with the builders, contractors and industry partners who make our projects happen. Our golf days have become a fixture in the Invictus calendar, a chance to step away from site and spend proper time with the people behind the work.

Who we are

Invictus DHL was founded in 2023. In that time we have generated over £20m in GDV, delivered 35 homes, and secured a further £18m pipeline of 30 homes across South East London and Kent.

We keep a deliberate pipeline: fewer projects, more attention on each scheme. Every site goes through rigorous pre-application engagement before we commit, and every partner gets clear, documented arrangements before any capital moves.

Our current schemes include Lullingstone near Eynsford, Pound Court at 140 Main Road in Sidcup, Fen Apartments in Blackfen, and a luxury renovation on Glenesk Road in Eltham, with more in planning across Kent and the wider South East.
